A very simple but rich flavour recipe, this white wine sauce prawns are perfect for all seasons. The colours look fresh and fabulous and sauce is very fresh and aromatic. The sauce is perfect with some bread, too.
Ingredients
Serves 2
400g large king prawns
A little salt
½ tablespoon of butter
White wine 200ml
4 cloves garlic sliced
1 lemon sliced
1-2 chillies
Coriander
Method
- Place prawns and lemon slices on a pan
- Add garlic slices and chopped chillies
- Add white wine and butter
- Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 5-6min until prawns colour changed
- Remove the pan from heat, add coriander and cover the lid, rest for 1 min to be aromatic
- Squeeze little lemon before serving, if you like.
