It is a quick and simple way to prepare your dish with some sensation.
I love to serve beautiful salmon colour with lovely orange and ginger flavour, and some sweetness on the dish.
Ingredients
Serves 2
2 6-oz. salmon fillets
3 tablespoons oil
A little salt
Mirin or cooking wine
Sauce
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 lemon: 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 2 round slices
½ orange: 3 tablespoon orange juice and 2 half moon slices
2 cloves garlic minced
Little ginger mince

Method
- Prepare oven 180’c
- Season salmon with salt and mirin or cooking wine.
- In a small saucepan, mix the ingredients; honey, lemon juice, orange juice, soy sauce, minced garlic and ginger.
- Marinate salmon with half of the honey mixture for 15min.
- Oil a tray or pan, place the salmon. Add orange and lemon slices on top of salmon
- Cook in the oven for 15-18min.
- Heat remaining sauce until bubbling
- Serve salmon with salad or rice, pour the sauce on top of the salmon
