Kimchi fried rice is very simple and easy. I always cook kimchi fried rice when I don’t have enough time to cook but want spicy and warm food that is not too heavy. If you don’t have any idea for a simple Saturday lunch, why don’t you try to cook kimchi fried rice with chorizo?
Ingredients
Serves: 2
Kimchi 200g
Chorizo 60g (diced)
2 bowls of rice
2 spring onions (chopped)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil
Method
1. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a wok, add 1 chopped spring onion to make spring onion oil.
2. Add chorizo and stir for 1min. Add kimchi and cook for 2 min.
3. Add rice and mix until heated through for 5 min and add another chopped spring onion and soy sauce. Cook and stir for 2 min.
4. Serve with fried egg on top.
